My event report doesn't match my payment

This situation can happen for a number of reasons.

 

Most commonly, we have found that users do not take into account their cash sales through Crowd or debits owed to ShowClix (for refund processing, hardware purchases, etc.).

 

You can always contact your Account Manager to settle any disputes with payment.
