Last Updated: Apr 13, 2015 01:14PM EDT

When {n} (# or %) tickets have been sold (for a specific price level)

Click Select Price Level and click your preferred event. Click Make Selection to confirm and proceed.

You will see a prompt to select the price level. Click the checkboxes for your preferred price level and then click Make Selection.

Next, you'll need to specify your threshold: a quantity of tickets or a percentage of the total available tickets.

For a quantity {n} of tickets, select whether you want the task to activate once the first {n} tickets have been sold or every time {n} tickets have been sold. Then enter the quantity.

(For example, let's say you're setting up an email notification for ticket sales on a VIP price level with an inventory of 2000 tickets:

If you want to know when you have sold your first 500 tickets for the VIP price level, click the first and then enter 500. If you want to know when you have sold 500, 1000, 1500 and finally all 2000 tickets for that price level, click every and then enter 500.)

For a percentage of tickets, you'll only need to enter what percentage of total tickets need to sell for that price level in order to activate the task.

When {n} (# or %) tickets have been sold

Determine whether to select a specific event for this task or to apply it to all of your events (including any future events).

To apply the task to specific events, click Select Event and click any relevant events. Click Make Selection to confirm and proceed. If you want to apply this task to all current and future events, click the checkbox to apply to all events.

Next, you'll specify your threshold: a quantity of tickets or a percentage of the total available tickets.

For a quantity of {n} tickets, select whether you want the task to activate once the first {n} tickets have been sold or every time {n} tickets have been sold. Then enter the quantity.

(For example, let's say you're setting up an email notification for ticket sales at an event with an inventory of 2000 tickets:

If you want to know when you have sold your first 500 tickets for the event, click the first and then enter 500. If you want to know when you have sold 500, 1000, 1500 and finally all 2000 tickets, click every and then enter 500.)

For a percentage of tickets, enter what percentage of total tickets need to sell in order to activate the task.

To apply the task to specific events, click Select Event and click any relevant events. Click Make Selection to confirm and proceed. If you want to apply this task to all current and future events, click the checkbox to apply to all events.

Next, you'll specify your threshold. Select from the drop down to determine whether you want the task to activate once the page has received its first {n} page views, or if you want it to activate every time the page receives {n} page views.

(For example, if you want a task to activate when your event listing reaches 10,000 views for the first time, click the first and enter 10,000. If you'd like the task to activate for every 1,000 page views the event listing receives, click every and enter 1000.)

If you want to know when you have scanned your first 500 tickets for the event, click the first and then enter 500. If you want to know when you have scanned 500, 1000, 1500 and finally all 2000 tickets, click every and then enter 500.)

For a percentage of tickets, enter what percentage of total tickets need to be scanned in order to activate the task.

When a specific customer's ticket has been scanned

First, you'll need to select the event to which you'll apply this task. Click Select Event and click your preferred event. Click Make Selection to confirm and proceed.

In the next step, you'll determine whether this task should activate the first time or every time the customer's ticket has been scanned.

After that, decide whether you want to identify this customer by the person's nameorder number or ticket barcode number. Select the appropriate option, and then enter the relevant information in the next field. (For example, if you're looking them up via order #, enter that number. If you're looking them up by their name, enter their first and last name.)

At a specified time

For this rule, you'll only need to select a date, time and time zone.

Click the blank field to open the calendar. Once you've selected your date, you can enter a time and select your relevant time zone.
