What if my name is not on the tickets?

If someone purchased a ticket for you with their name on it instead of yours — or if your name is not on the ticket for any reason — you should know that any individual will be granted access to the event under another individual’s ticket reservation (i.e. you will be allowed in even if the ticket says your friend's name).

 

However, the event organizer reserves the right to ask for identification in relation to the tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets (e.g., any fraudulent activity) or if the tickets are set to be picked up at Will Call.

 

If you are going to an event and plan to pick up Will Call tickets under someone else's name, we recommend having that person change the name on the tickets in their account. You can change the name on a ticket on your My Tickets account. Availability to change names is subject to event policy.
