The below instructions only apply to orders that have Print at Home set as the delivery method. If your delivery method is Mobile, Will Call or Mailing you will not see any of the below instructions. You can verify your delivery method by checking under the Delivery Method section of your order details. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further clarification on your delivery method.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Locate your event in your list of orders.
On the top of the My Tickets menu there are two tabs available to customers: My Events and Order History. The My Events tab shows you a list of all the events you have purchased tickets for and all the orders associated with that particular event. The Order History tab will show your orders in chronological order of purchase.
Your most recent order is listed first under the Order History tab. At the bottom of the order details section you will see a button that reads Print / View Tickets. Click this button to open a PDF containing all of your tickets for the order you selected.
3. Print your tickets.
With the tickets displayed in your topmost window, click File and select Print. Specific instructions for printing your tickets may vary depending on your browser.
