1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select the order you want to edit.
On the top of the My Tickets menu there are two tabs available to customers: My Events and Order History. The My Events tab shows you a list of all the events you have purchased tickets for and all the orders associated with that particular event. The Order History tab will show your orders in chronological order of purchase.
3. Change your address.
Click Edit Email and enter your new email address for the order. Click Submit. (Please note: The email address assigned to an individual order does not change the email address you use to sign in.)
