How do I change the name on my tickets?

If you need to change the name on your tickets for any reason (such as gifts, exchanges, etc.), please follow the steps below to edit and reprint your tickets. 

Availability to change names is subject to event policy. If you do not see the options in this article then your event likely does not permit name changes. Please contact our customer care team at support@showclix.com for further clarification on your event's policies.

Sign In To Your Account:

Didn't receive a password for your account? Check the spam folder in your email account. If you still can't find your information, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgot your Password? or by visiting this article. If the system does not recognize your email address please contact our Customer Care team who can help you find your account information.

Order and Ticket Details

  • On the top of the My Tickets menu there are two tabs available to customers: My Events and Order History. 
  • You can select individual orders by clicking on the name of the event to see each order for that event on the My Events tab or you can view your orders in chronological order of purchase under the Order History tab.

Once you've clicked on the order that you're looking for, you will see the following options.

  Changing the Name on Your Entire Order‚Äč

  • To the right of Order Name you will see a Change Order Name option. This will prompt you to enter the new name that you would like on the order.
  • Once you've updated the new order name, you may now resend a new receipt to your email address of click Print / View Tickets.
  • If you do not see the Change Order Name option then your event likely does not permit name changes. Please contact our support team at support@showclix.com for further clarification on your event's policies.
  • Please keep in mind that the name on our tickets simply reflects the account for which the order was processed under. In most cases, only the main person on the order will be required to show valid ID when entering (unless there is any suspicion activity).
Changing the Names on Individual Tickets
  • The following instructions only apply to events that require individual names on tickets. If you do not see these individual ticket names then your event does not require individual names on tickets or your event likely does not permit name changes.
  • Below the Event Details of your order you will see the individual names listed of each attendee. If you click on each name individually you will be edit the name on each ticket.
  • Once you've updated the new name, you may now resend a new receipt to your email address or click Print / View Tickets.
  • If you are unable to edit the individual names then your event likely does not permit name changes. Please contact our support team at support@showclix.com for further clarification on your event's policies.
