Refund Policy

ShowClix is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased without consent from the event promoter. However, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.

In the unfortunate event that an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket (not including service and delivery fees) will be issued. Service and delivery fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and/or duration. ShowClix will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance and/or refunds are compensated by the event promoter.
