Agent Notifications

With Agent, there are two primary types of notifications:


Text/Email/Push Notifications


These are sent through various actions in Agent and deliver short, customizable messages to your recipients. You can read more about each of these in the Guide to Agent Actions.


Admin Notifications


Along with Agent, we've introduced our new notification center in the Admin. You can access this page and manage your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top right, next to your username.


Currently, the notification center only displays information from Agent, and it posts a new message every time Agent has successfully completed a task. You can mark individual tasks as read or click Mark All As Read. This will clear the messages from the unread queue, indicated by the red button on the bell icon.
