Managing Split Tender Transactions in Crowd

​Crowd allows you to split multiple payments at your point of sale.


After the feature has been activated in your account,* the option to split ticket orders into multiple transactions will always appear in the Crowd interface. You can use the percentage buttons to quickly calculate the amount due for one-half, one-third and one-quarter of the total cost, or you can manually enter the amount to process.


Click Process Payment to complete a transaction and move on to the next. You can continue to process payments until the order total has been paid.


* Please note: Split tender transactions are not enabled by default — please contact your Account Manager to activate this option in Crowd.
